In May 1984 John Hallam placed the large wooden barrel in the centre of a new window display and it's still there today. Ian and Anne Saunders have taken over the shop to let John have a happy retirement. Matchless homebrew has continually changed and adapted to bring to the customer the very best in home brew products.
Our customers range from the long standing practitioners of brewing and wine making who know from experience exactly what they need, to the innovative, demanding pioneers who want the very latest in ingredients and technology.
To supply these very different needs we have a wide range of stock and can obtain almost anything not in stock at very short notice.
